Feel Good Friday
Feel Good Friday runs from
10am – 3pm and welcomes our adult members to slow down, recharge, and focus on their wellbeing in a safe, supportive space.
Each session includes a group discussion, themed activities where everyone’s voice is heard and some form of physical activity.
Feel Good Friday is charged at £40 per session and can be paid by termly invoice, by card on the door or we accept cash.
