Grove Cottage is the home of Mencap in Bishop’s Stortford and provides social and educational activities for people of all ages with a learning disability and special additional needs.
Grove Cottage has an open-door policy and will support people regardless of location, if you can get to us then we are delighted to help you.
To provide social and educational activities for people of all ages with learning disabilities and special additional needs; to help them develop their potential, avoid social isolation by supporting lifelong friendships, and to provide respite for their families.
A world in which every individual has the opportunity to learn, develop, integrate into society and exercise choices, and where families can enjoy a regular family life.
Grove Cottage is a registered charity managed by a board of Trustees with a wealth of experience of special needs and education.
