Finance & General Administration Assistant

We are looking for a Finance & General Administration Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of the day to day financial processes, transactions, accounting systems and reporting. General administration duties are also needed to support the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus experience of Sage. Strong IT and organisational skills along with a flexible approach to work are essential. Experience of the charity sector is desirable but not essential.

This is a part time post; 12.30 - 5pm four days per week (total 18 hours per week) 52 weeks per year. The offer of the post is subject to an enhanced DBS check, references and a three-month probation period. To apply, please e-mail your CV with covering letter to Esme Willcocks, Administrator at:
